Greetings TOGERS!

With the Holidays past, now is the time to start thinking about the TOG season to come. April marks the end of our season of programs, and the end of the tenure of some of the current board!

This April, Mary Jane and myself will have completed 1 extra year of board work in addition to the two already served. Barbara Cain will have served one and one half years as education and outreach. Liz also, will have served for one and one half years as secretary and website coordinator. Penelope has courageously kept the Composter alive and interesting for the past 2 years, and is approaching the end of her commitment to TOG.

New, to the board, Kathy, volunteer coordinator and Maribeth, membership coordinator, have also done tremendous work on updating the website, which will make it easier to get our message out.

So as you can see, TOG is in need of committed individuals to step up and fill some positions in order for TOG to continue its mission.

Our elections are in April. Please consider what TOG means to you and how you can help to keep its 50-year legacy alive. Please contact me or any of the board members for more info about what the various jobs entail, and how to place your name on the ballot.

We also need all members to renew and send in their membership dollars. In order to simplify the membership job, we are no longer sending out reminders. Instead, everyone’s dues were due in Oct. so if you haven’t paid for this year, please either mail it in or bring it to our next meeting. There is a link to the membership form included within The Composter. You can also renew or join online through this website:

Step 1: Membership Form

Step 2: Pay Annual Dues

Thank you for your support, and Happy New Year!
Morgan, TOG President
