Thank you for being a vendor at our Garden Fair on Saturday, November 7 from 8:30 am – 1:30 pm

Tucson Organic Gardeners is heading to a new home this fall: Rillito Regional Park, on First Avenue south of River Road.   The new site gives us more parking, a covered pavilions, and a more open layout for booths. It’s also home to the Heirloom Farmers Market, so it’s a spot shoppers already know and love.

As a sponsor, your $150 contribution includes:

• Up to a 10′ x 20′ space (if you need larger, please reach out to me directly) Shelley – is this correct or should they just reserve the 
• additional space below?
• Prime placement — first choice of booth location at the fair
• Features in our monthly President’s Message newsletter
• A social media package: a dedicated post, inclusion in our sponsor announcement, a day-of story, and a reusable “Proud Sponsor” graphic you’re welcome to repost
• A mention on our event page on Eventbrite, seen by everyone who registers or views the event
• A dedicated post on Join It, our member portal (option to write the post or have us do it)
• Your logo or business name on our printed fair flyer
